• Possess a valid business registration.
• Hold all necessary licences and permits required for your industry.
• Demonstrate a certain level of experience and expertise in your relevant industry.

• Company details, including your business name, detailed address, email, mobile, contact information, VAT registration certificate (if applicable).
• A brief overview of your products and services.
• References from previous clients or customers.

Your application will be reviewed, and a background check will be conducted before approving your registration.

• Provide products and services in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
• Deliver orders on time.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Update company details upon change or as required by SAMH.

The payment terms for the products and services you provide will be specified by SAMH. This may include payment due dates, methods of payment, and any applicable fees.

Your registration may be terminated if you fail to meet your obligations or violate any of the terms and conditions of the agreement.

All information obtained by the Provider and/or its employees, agents, appendants and sub-contractors in course or conduct of providing goods and/or service to Recipient, it shall be held confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third Party during service provided and until two (2) years after termination. As used herein, “Confidential Information” shall include but will not be limited to: all information provided in respect of the performance of “the works” i.e. reports, analysis, compilations, interpretations, forecasts, financial records, information concerning to business, business arrangements, records, documentation, intellectual property, and rights of property, development activities, trade secrets, and other materials that contain or otherwise reflect information concerning “the Works”. The Confidential terms shall not apply to such information which is or shall become generally available to the public other than as a result of any disclosure by the parties. .

You will be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the products or services you provide. You agree to hold SAMH harmless from any such claims, damages, or losses.

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

SAMH may amend these terms and conditions at any time and will provide notice to you of any changes. Your continued participation in the program after the changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
